LINE OF SIGHT - MANAGER'S DAY

04 consecutive days from 17th to 20th October 2018, Line of Sight meeting for strategies of fiscal year 2018-2019 combined with Manager’s Day became significant, interesting and memorable experience of 35 ABMV members at Da Lat. 

Three intelligent and courageous teams came over diversified challenges in both of physical and mental to figure out the messages for themselves and their departments in development plans of the incoming year.

 

 

Manager’s Day–Step out of comfort zone

Teambuilding for managers of AB Mauri Vietnam was specifically designed not only to enhance team spirit, but also to challenge their fear and self-doubt by adventurous High rope course – Zipline. Although several members were nervous and even intended to withdraw from the race when seeing the obstacles,  our strict disciplines as well as encouragement from their teammates created a surprising result that 100% members completed all challenges which they had not thought they could come over.

 

“If I had joined alone, I would have given up and asked for help from rescue. But thinking of my team, I finished it though I never dared to do.” – shared one of them.

 

03 consecutive hours of physical challenges in high rope course under uncomfortable light rain weather could not weaken the spirit of our 03 amazing teams when they joined chain of mental games that afternoon. As a version of “Amazing race”, 03 teams had to move around by motorbikes, 16-seat car, 50-seat bus to arrive at 03 challenge stations in excellent and smart ways.

 

 

LINE OF SIGHT – Strategies for F18/19

Line Of Sight meeting taking more than 10 hours was an open and constructive discussion regarding strategies and plans for fiscal year 2018-2019 of the whole company in general, and each department in specific.

This was a valuable opportunity for all managers to present their ideas and resource expectations from other departments. All of the feedbacks from sales team, perspectives from market, difficulties of manufacture were discussed, analyzed and effectively suggested for possible solutions.

 

Fiscal year 2018-2019 promises a hectic year for all members of AB Mauri Vietnam with innovation projects and strategic visions in yeast and bakery & non-bakery ingredient industry. Our growth of business requests the maturity and development of AB Mauri Vietnam’s human. Therefore, we will concentrate on training & development program as well as promote ownership culture and innovation mindset to add more values for each employee and our organization in this year.

Campfire of friendship

Campfire – our last nigh together in the program – occurred with plenty of feelings in each of us.

We burst into laughter together, went wild with all campfire games.

 

We sat around the fire together. We shared what we had not talked about. We hugged each other and felt the tears dropping…

 

Meeting is a destiny, accompanying is an endeavor. In AB Mauri Vietnam, there is some relationships that are not only colleagues, but also friendship, sisterhood, brotherhood to ease our suffering from difficulties or share our milestones in our life.

Dalat’s weather before we came was storming and raining. It is AB Mauri Vietnam’s warm hearts bringing more sunshine in our 04 days in Da Lat.

04 days of Line of Sight – Manager’s Day let us have significant message:

•Thanks to trust and team spirit, we can do things we dare not to do.

•When we do something wrong, the very first person to be punished is our manager.

•Live the best of ourselfves in every recent moments, with every people we meet whether tomorrow will be.
