CAN THO BAKING WORKSHOP: MOONCAKE BAKING TUTORIAL AT THU MART

On 4th August 2022, the Baking Workshop about Baking tutorial - Product introduction of AB Mauri Vietnam collaborate with Baking and Bartending Mart - Thu Mart attracted more than 60 participants.

Before the event, ABMV's R&D Department had a short product training course for employees to make sure that they have enough necessary infomation.

Short training section

Early in the morning, the employees were too busy decorating the mooncakes which were made before so that participants could see and taste them. At 08:30 AM, the workshop welcomed the first customers. They were immediately impressed by the colorful cakes with a variety of shapes.
