TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT - FOR ALL MAURI TALENTS

April & May of ABMV were fulfilled with diversified Training & Development activities for our employees, because AB Mauri Vietnam is trusted to be a challenging environment to develop employees and become a better version everyday.

Not only having on-job training in daily tasks, our ABMV members also join examination, workshop and seminar in both of internal and external topics to continuously update our  knowledge and upgrade skills in multiple programs in April & May.

1. Challenging technical level exam 2019 

In April, 28 skillful men in Engineering Team participated in a professional examination organized by AB Mauri Vietnam & LILAMA 2 International Technology College to review their technical skills.

After many years of working and dedicating to ABMV, our Engineering Team had an opportunity to review their technical knowledge and skills as well as understand their abilities to continue learning & developing themselves.

 

Each technical level test consists of 02 sessions: Theory and Practical. The Theory test with questions of technical principles was quite tough, and Practical one required full concentration, independence and accuracy of each examinee. Our technical men had tests in diversified jobs like Industrial Electricity, Air-conditioner technical, Mechanical, Metal Cutting, Jointing, Boiler and Construction. 

After finishing this national technical level test, each employee has their own certificate and realizes both of strengths and weaknesses to have technical development plan for their future.

2. First-aid Training 

Annually, First Aid Team of AB Mauri Vietnam takes part in professional training program not only to support first-aid services to our colleagues, but also help local people in La Nga Ward. Our emergency cars and First-aid Team  are always available in emergency cases of the local because La Nga Ward is far away from the hospitals, which takes more than a half hour for driving.

Medical Center of Dinh Quan, Dong Nai was invited to deliver a training workshop to 23 members in First Aid team of AB Mauri on 24th May, 2019. After the theory session of principles of First Aid in the morning, our participants had an interesting and practical application coaching with case study of wound bandages, temporary fracture fixation techniques, cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques, burn treatment, methods of victim transportation.

Moreover, we learnt information of HIV/AIDS and harms of addictive to take preventive actions for ourselves, family, friends and be aware of suitable treatment of HIV patients.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Halal awareness & High-5 Food Safety Culture

Halal Certification is one of the most important criteria in ABMV’s product quality. Hence, our internal trainers always  update Halal awareness from Halal Certificate Agency and train to all employees in production, quality control, warehouse and logistics department of ABMV.

On 22nd May, 2019, in La Nga Plant, our members had Halal awareness and Food Safety Culture training which is essential to their daily tasks. To finish the course, nearly 200 participants must have complete their tests  regarding relevant knowledge and how to apply it into their working everyday.

Every training programs brings new information and experience to all employees in AB Mauri Vietnam. We hope that learning spirit is kept continuously in career path of each ABMV member.
