OUTSOURCING SECURITY - PROFESSIONALISM – DISCIPLINE – SERVICE

On August 31^st, 2018, La Nga Plant of AB Mauri began to get new appearance by new outsourcing security team of expertized Days & Nights Security Services.

In order to optimize ABMV’s labor resources as well as professionalize security at La Nga plant, our Board of Directors decided to utilize outsourcing security services and rearrange suitable jobs to our internal security employees.

 

Thanks to our positive changes, our internal security is rearranged to new positions matching their abilities and experience in operations, mechanics or production. Such adjustments, hence, help them to explore their potential, develop their career as well as enhance their commitment with ABMV.

Hence, our rearrangement of work does not only help our employees explore their potential.

We are, together, for the safety of all members of AB Mauri Vietnam.

Being well-trained, outsourcing security guarantees the safety and surveillance for the whole plant’s operation system. As the result, our workers and employees feel secured to contribute to the production; the manufacturing efficiently works out.

It may be difficult for our employees to adjust to disciplinary security, but all of rules and guidelines are regulated in AB Mauri Vietnam to ensure fairness, safety and effectiveness for all labor.
