ABMV TEAMBUILDING 2018

With “Together we cross the ocean” concept, Teambuilding 2018 occurred on 8th & 9th November, 2018 in enthusiastic atmosphere created by 311 AB Mauri Vietnam’s members at Ke Ga – Binh Thuan.

 

Impressive “Cross the sea” challenge

To safely cross the sea at the right time of wave and wind, “ABMV sailor” had to depart at 3 am. However, such a difficulty could not weaken the energy and team spirit of the participants.

6 Divergent teams were with 6 different crossing strategies, but with the same motivating force. Our strong men always interleaved and escorted women to help and support ladies cross big waves. During 300-metre sea journey, encouragement, laughter as well as singing voices were fulfilled along with team spirit. The destination of lighthouse welcomed our 06 teams with  meaningful messages regarding self-belief, breaking the barriers and teamwork.

 

“NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE” Spirit

All of the activities in Teambuilding in that afternoon were not only challenging for collaboration, teamwork, but also for the mindset of “dare-to-do”, “never give up” when participants were delegated a tough mission.

 

4 Game stations required acumen, cooperation and endurance. The missions were not easy at all: picking up the bog ball by huge floating column, rolling over 30 lying members, etc.; but no team intended to give up. Our spirit of “Nothing is impossible” was spread in every heart AB Mauri Vietnam’s members.

 

Cái nắng gay gắt của Mũi Kê Gà thật sự chẳng thể dập tắt đi nụ cười và năng lượng nhiệt tình của Anh Chị Em. Mỗi thành viên đã có một buổi chiều khó quên với kỷ niệm “lăn”, “trèo”, “nhảy”, “đu”, “cõng”, … cùng nhau.

GALA DINNER – Inspired Feelings

Opening the Gala Dinner was the sharing of Vietnam Leader Team of AB Mauri. Mr. Ngo Chon Tri compared AB Mauri’s member as pilots of aircraft’s gliders. Our success requested full focus, effective cooperation as well as strict accuracy of each AB Mauri Vietnam’s member. The other leaders also shared their vision and commitment within their scope to bring ABMV’s brand reaching regional and global market.

 

In Gala Dinner, ABMV-ers performed our “work hard – play hard” spirit with shining talents in lively songs and dances. It was noticeable that an awesome fashion show was conducted in our stage. Despite knowing the fashion contest’s rules only 48 hours prior to the journey, our 6 amazing teams impressively proved their intelligence, humor and creativity with diversified clothing made of nylon string, bananas, soft drink boxes. Our “models” had to end the show by jumping into the swimming pool to test the “endurance” and “quality” of their products.

 

 

Teambuilding 2018 – Together, we cross the sea – was a thank of Board of Directors to all AB Mauri Vietnam’s members after one dedicated and devoted year to bring the products with best quality to bakery industry in Vietnam. We are now ready for the next ambitious year to support AB Mauri Vietnam reach regional market with excellent  international standards.
