ACCOUNTING MANAGER

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Monitoring revenue and expenses
• Review and control GL accounts on time.
• Update to TM1 form about all accounting transaction status, preparing reports, financial audit, Tax finalization reports generation
• Establishing internal controls
• Understanding current accounting regulations, proposed new procedures  
• Plan and organize tasks for staffs.
• Tasks are assigned to staffs and are completed in accordance with schedule
• Other tasks as assigned by Finance Director/ Finance Controller

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Major in Accounting, Finance or relevant
• Minimum 10 years of experience in chief accountant or accounting manager
• Certificate of accounting principles is a plus
• Expertise knowledge of accounting & finance
• Understanding of Vietnamese regulations & laws regarding business
• Computer software: Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Accounting software (ERP-Lemon3, etc.)
• Skills of coordinate with auditors & authority
• Leadership skill
• Team engagement skill
